The ROG Strix B550-F Gaming has two M.2 slots, one of which supports the latest PCIe 4.0 standard. The result is a maximum memory flexibility and the highest transfer speeds that can be achieved through the AMD Ryzen platform of the 3rd generation. Both M.2 slots support SSDs up to socket type 22110 as well as NVM Express RAID for more performance.

AI noise cancelling microphone software

The AI noise cancelling microphone software is exclusive to ASUS motherboards and supports 3.5, USB or Bluetooth headsets. The utility uses an extensive database to play back the sound of your voice naturally, while suppressing annoying keyboard sounds, mouse clicks and other types of ambient noise. The CPU is only slightly stressed, so that the effects on the gaming performance are minimal.

BIOS FlashBack

The (UEFI) BIOS can be updated by the user can copy a BIOS file to a FAT32 formatted USB stick, insert it into the USB BIOS FlashBack port and press a button. Updates can even be made if no memory and no CPU is installed.
